The operation I chose is Starbucks. Starbucks is the largest coffeehouse chain, with locations worldwide, and the company's headquarters is located in Seattle, Washington. In addition, they are considered to be a comfortable place to relax and enjoy coffee. I chose Starbucks because it is a place I would like to work for in the future. Starbucks is a fast-growing company, and I would like to be a part of their Human Resource department. I believe they are the future; they have impeccable customer service. They also have exceptional items to choose from on the menu, from food to drinks. Starbucks allows customers to choose from organic and healthy items on their menu, and just because it is a coffee shop does not mean you cannot select items that have no caffeine, such as teas, refreshers, and blends. Starbucks also uses an application to order from, and you can earn rewards which I think correlate to great customer benefits.
